Subconscious Control Tips
With the Subconscious Control method, you can free yourself from the harmful habits caused by stress, and then feed new information into your subconscious. As a result, your subconscious becomes able to carry out its most important task: recreating your life according to your own intentions.
To make the coding process easier to follow, here's a summary of the key things to know.
There's also a slight difference between what's described in the book and the method outlined in the Practice Guide, and I'll cover that here too. This difference exists because, in the meantime, the basic practice was extended with additional hand positions to make the technique even more effective, and I'll clarify that here as well.
In Dr. Alexander Loyd's book "The Healing Code," the method uses four basic hand positions — bridge of the nose, Adam's apple, jaw, and temple — before which the request (what he calls a prayer) is spoken once. Loyd calls this his universal healing code. I recommend the same approach in my own book, "The Boundless Power of Your Subconscious," with one modification: say the request silently to yourself, not just once before the practice but again and again during each hand position, repeating the full sequence three times. In this version, the practice consists of 12 hand positions in total. This variant is particularly effective — I achieved serious changes in myself this way.
However, after I wrote the book, I met Dr. Alexander Loyd in Frankfurt, where he told me that, based on his research, he'd found that two additional hand positions significantly improve the effectiveness of the four basic ones. Those two positions are forehead-to-back-of-head. Because of this, he suggested it was worth adding them to the practice.
So the Practice Guide — written well after the book — includes the version extended with these two extra hand positions, which is why it differs both from Loyd's original universal healing code and from the version I originally described in the book. These six hand positions, though, no longer need to be done in three rounds — doing them once is enough.
So the most effective way to do the Subconscious Coding is as follows:
Do the four basic hand positions — bridge of the nose, Adam's apple, jaw, temple — in one round: about 45 seconds each for the nose, Adam's apple, jaw, and temple. Then continue with the two newer positions, forehead-to-back-of-head, but do this one twice in a row: right hand on the forehead, left hand on the back of the head for about 45 seconds, then switch — left hand on the forehead, right hand on the back of the head — for another 45 seconds, and repeat that once more. That's the end of the sequence.
In total that's eight holds of about 45 seconds each, which comes to roughly 6-7 minutes with a little margin. That's what's meant by the "7-Minute Subconscious Coding."
GETTING STARTED:
Here's some guidance on how to start applying the Subconscious Control method — both the coding and the mind-control side of it.
It's very important that, at the start, you begin with only a general stress reduction using the coding.
My first and one of my most important pieces of advice: don't try to solve a serious problem right away. It doesn't matter that you probably have something you'd love to be rid of as soon as possible — that's likely why you're starting with Subconscious Control in the first place — just don't start there. You'll need some patience at the beginning of the process.
This matters for two reasons. First, the fears created by the deep stress inside you — which you may not even be consciously aware of — need to ease off in general. While you're still weighed down by these old stress patterns, you won't be able to get good results. Second, it's essential that you have some simple, smaller wins early in the process, so you experience firsthand that what you're doing actually has an effect.
Reducing your overall chronic stress level and building up these confirming experiences are essential before you can go on to effectively resolve the more serious, more pressing problems later. Once your general stress level has come down and you feel a little calmer, you'll start to see the world differently. Things that used to irritate you will matter less, and you'll notice you're in a better mood and have more energy. Keep doing this first stage until these experiences show up — that might take a week, or it could be less or more.
Either way, once you notice some change, you can be confident it's the result of the coding.
In this early stage, before coding, simply state your intention that the stress-driven fear, tension, and nervousness inside you should ease. That the harmful images in your subconscious causing them should be cleared. Alongside that, add that any mistaken beliefs from the distant or recent past that are blocking the free flow and buildup of energy in you should also be cleared. State that once these harmful patterns are cleared from your subconscious, their effect on your life ends, and love flows freely through you as a result. Love fills every cell of your being, your whole self, and charges you with energy.
Put this into your own simple, short words, and say it only to yourself. Never say the words out loud.
It might sound something like this:
"Please let every known and unknown negative image, mistaken belief, and harmful memory in my cells that causes fear, tension, or nervousness be cleared from my subconscious, brought into the light, released, and healed, so that my being fills with love, light, and life. As a result, love flows through my whole being, and every cell of my body is charged with energy. The effectiveness of this change grows at least a hundredfold within me."
Then do the coding. You don't need to say anything while doing it — just go through the hand positions — though it helps to repeat what you said beforehand as you begin.
This practice achieves two things. First, it starts clearing the harmful patterns behind your inner fears, and at the same time, it starts the free flow and buildup of energy. During the coding, both of these processes are set in motion through the frequency of love — which is why it's important to always include love in what you say.
Love is what clears, love is what recharges, love is what transforms.
At this stage, don't visualize anything yet, and don't try to solve anything — just try to recall a genuine sense of calm and contentment. If you keep getting pulled out of it and notice the same thoughts you're trying to get rid of creeping back in, don't fight them. Keep going with the hand positions, and state that the harmful inner images causing those thoughts should be cleared from your subconscious. Don't try to clear the thoughts themselves — that won't work! Clear the cause behind the thoughts, the stress-driven inner images, because that's the only thing that actually gets results. Coding lets you do exactly that.
Doing it this way makes you dramatically more effective than methods that try — hopelessly — to get results by consciously erasing or replacing your thoughts.
Conscious thoughts can only influence your conscious thinking, not your subconscious. To create change in yourself, you need to create change in your subconscious. This first, general level of coding is the first step toward that.
Take comfort in knowing you're finally using a method that can genuinely affect your subconscious — and through it, your life.
If you're asking how long to keep doing this initial general level, honestly, I don't know. I'd say at least a week is reasonable, but keep going until you notice something unexpected, unusual, something you haven't felt before. That could be sudden good spirits, a feeling of joy, a sudden warmth, a sense of being full of energy. You might suddenly get new ideas, or notice that something that used to worry you doesn't really concern you anymore, because you've realized it doesn't matter that much after all.
It's important to start paying attention to the signals coming from inside you — from your subconscious.
Once these experiences start showing up and you genuinely start feeling better, you can move on to the next level — the reinforcing level — and then gradually to the further levels. After that, you'll be much closer to being able to genuinely start reshaping your life and tackling bigger problems.
Further down, you can read more practical advice on the following steps:
The six pillars of Subconscious Control:
- Cleansing the subconscious
- Energizing the subconscious
- Communicating with the subconscious
- Restoring the connection between the subconscious and the universe
- Directing the subconscious through thoughts (images)
- Creating with the subconscious
Briefly, here's what these mean.
1. Cleansing the subconscious
The first step is clearing the harmful patterns stored in your subconscious. As long as your subconscious is still dealing with the effects of stress, there is nothing — nothing at all — you can do to create change. Using the Healing Code, you can clear these stress images, which rewrites your fear-based programming.
2. Energizing the subconscious
The second step is recharging with energy. As long as you're running low on energy, even the smallest task feels like an impossible problem. You lack self-confidence, you don't feel sure of yourself, you look for external support, you expect solutions to come from someone else, and you blame others for your problems. This state is caused by an energy deficit, which in turn is triggered by stress. Once the effects of stress ease, your immune system's proper functioning is restored. As your immune system strengthens and its limitations lift, the energy that had been suppressed inside you begins to flow again. Your health recovers, and you become more energetic.
3. Communicating with the subconscious
The third step is opening the door to your subconscious. Once you've cleared the harmful effects of stress and become energized and healthy, you have the opportunity to communicate with your subconscious. Here too, it's essential to use the right method. In the brain's beta state — that is, while you're fully awake and alert — you cannot send a message to your subconscious. You can only get conscious information through to your subconscious in the alpha state. That's when you can define the "ultimate" goal for your subconscious — your true, deepest inner goal. This becomes the goal your subconscious is willing to work with you toward, and that's when you gain the chance to tap into its limitless capabilities.
4. Restoring the connection between the subconscious and the universe
The fourth step is creating a connection with the energy of the universe — which really just means letting love manifest in you: creating a stress-free, energized, healthy, clear state once you've let go of external goals. This is a state of complete, unconditional forgiveness and grace.
By finding your true inner goal, you've now completed most of the necessary work — you've rewritten your fear-based programming into love-based programming. Love spreading through you in your brain's alpha state also creates, at the same time, the connection between your subconscious and universal information and energy.
Only one task remains now, and that's actually letting go of your external goals. Your subconscious can only stay aligned with the driving energies of the universe if it isn't weighed down by external, material goals rooted in a conditional world. This is the step you can take at this level.
Buddhists would call this enlightenment; Taoists would call it the Tao; followers of Krishna consciousness would call it the presence of the Oversoul; the Kabbalah calls it unio mystica; in Christianity, it's the inflow of the Holy Spirit. This state is nothing other than the possibility of realizing, in your own life, the limitless creative power of your subconscious.
5. Directing the subconscious through thoughts (images)
The fifth step is rewriting the information stored in your subconscious. Once you've reached the alpha state, your conscious thoughts reach your subconscious, and if it's now free of the old stress-driven patterns, those thoughts are able to bring about change. For that, the thoughts need to be "expressed" in the form of images. In this case, your thoughts can affect your subconscious through visualization. Visualization gives you the chance to start a new program in place of the old one. At this stage, you'll finally be able to put your subconscious's creative power to practical use.
6. Creating with the subconscious
The sixth step is the act of creation itself. Thanks to the Subconscious Control method, by directing your thoughts, your intentions come to life. In a life lifted into the spiritual realm, your subconscious reshapes your life using the limitless energy available to it — as love. You become able to consciously steer your own destiny.
These steps build on one another. Each one only works once you've completed all the steps before it. If, for example, you skip the first step and don't clear the stress information from your subconscious, you'll struggle even to reach the alpha level, because the tension still in your subconscious keeps knocking you out of the alpha state with fresh thoughts and fears. In the same way, visualization won't achieve its goal either, partly because you won't be able to stay in the alpha state for long, and partly because the entrenched stress information won't let the old program be overwritten, no matter how well you apply the visualization technique — and so on. There are countless examples of why, missing one condition or another, you won't get results even if you're using a good technique.
So these methods are certainly capable of affecting your subconscious, but you also have to follow the right order.
Because the subconscious is protected and hard to reprogram, you need to go through a complex process.
That takes patience. That's why we start with cleansing — because until that happens, you can't even practice patience. I want you to realize that what you now have in your hands is a method that can bring about meaningful change in every area of your life.
Compared to what you may have tried before, this is a completely different kind of system, qualitatively.
However persistently you've tried until now, methods that ignore the role of the subconscious most likely haven't been able to have a real effect.
